Anuja Raja is a distinguished multi-disciplinary professional, seamlessly blending expertise in architecture, urban design, brand strategy and color,material and finish (CMF) design. Her multifaceted career spans award winning architectural projects and innovative CMF concepts showcased on international platforms for pushing the boundaries of design thinking. Having led design and research at Ford's City:One team in collaboration with innovation labs like IDEO and 100% Open, her HCD work has impacted various US cities like Detroit, Pittsburgh, Austin, etc., preparing them for future mobility needs. Apart from previously contributing to the future CMF concepts for Honda and Acura, she currently leads the human experience and brand design strategy for Ford Motor Company's workplace and retail environments. She also serves a visiting faculty for the MFA program at College for Creative Studies (CCS) sharing her knowledge in trend forecasting and professional practice with aspiring designers.

Anuja's ability to navigate diverse design domains speaks to her versatile skill set and passion for holistic design. She believes in the power of well-researched insights and advocates for all-inclusive approach in design thinking. Her mantra revolves around minimal design intervention with a maximum impact, shaping a future where thoughtful design choices steer meaningful change.
