I am a designer, author and speaker focused on how light shapes the human experience. My work combines neuroscience, colour psychology and biophilic design to improve the health and emotional impact of our indoor environments. I lead Light Tribe by Phos, where I collaborate with scientists and designers to reconnect architecture with biology. My award winning book The Light Within Us explores light as a vital nutrient in design. I speak internationally at design and wellbeing events and host the podcast In Light of It All, which features global guests from neuroscience, design and art.
