Charlene Gilman, MBA, brings over 20 years of experience in finance, consulting, and the AEC industries. She began her career in 1996, managing Hedge Fund portfolios and leading data migration projects before transitioning in 2012 to create leadership programs and produce the acclaimed podcast “My Time Is Now.” In 2015, she co-founded a successful CRE Owner’s Representative firm, managing commercial developments until 2020. Now part of the National Sales team at Existing Conditions, Charlene specializes in reality capture technologies for 3D laser scanning and BIM services, leveraging her expertise to strengthen relationships across the AEC residential, institutional, and commercial sectors.
