Sensory Design: A New Approach to Creating Workplace Culture

In the wake of the pandemic, the tools that knowledge professionals need are no longer tied to a physical space or office, challenging the traditional workplace model. This presentation will explore a new approach to motivate employees to return to the office and participate in a new form of workplace culture. We'll introduce four key levers to design a dynamic workplace culture that offers a competitive edge. Through sensorial design, we'll examine how multisensory environments create immersive experiences that deepen emotional connections and boost individual and collective performance. The importance of trust will be emphasized, showing how shared sensory experiences foster collaboration, creativity, transparency, and inclusivity. Through sensorial design, organizations can create new engaging and immersive workplace cultures that unlock the full potential of their teams.
