Her extensive expertise spans design strategy, interior design, architecture, master planning, corporate real estate development, diversity and inclusion, capital planning, and cultivating strong client relationships. Yong In, IIDA, IDEC, ASID, NCIDQ, RID, LEED AP, WELL AP, Fitwel Ambassador, is a multiple award- winning designer, strategist, and educator with over 25 years of experience in spatial design and design strategy. She is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Purdue University and a Creative Director/Design Strategist at INxD Studio. She regularly writes as a columnist for OfficeInsight magazine. Through her writing, Yong shares her research and insights on design-related topics from a people- first, evidence-based, and human experience-driven perspective. Yong has a versatile background and extensive design industry experience spanning interior architecture, workplace strategy, product design, and experience design, cultivated through her education at Northwestern University and her roles at design firms such as Gensler, SOM, HOK, and VOA/Stantec, among others. As a whole-brain designer who combines analytical research with creative exploration, she advocates for a science-based and human-centered approach to design. With these design principles, Yong continues to investigate and research how the design of the built environment influences the human brain, emotions, behaviors, and overall quality of life. This approach is enriched by her focused study and ongoing exploration of neuroaesthetics, an interdisciplinary field at the intersection of neuroscience, psychology, and art & design. She brings this expertise to her work and research, exploring how the design of the built environment can enrich human experience, support emotional well-being, and transform how people connect with one another and engage with their surroundings. Dedicated to advancing the future of the design industry, Yong also mentors and inspires the next generation of creatives through her teaching, writing, and design industry engagements.

Angelita Scott, Ph.D, Allied ASID, IIDA, IDEC

Dr. Angie Scott is the Founder and Design Research Principal at Angie Scott Design. She previously held the position of Community Concept and Health Equity Lead at the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), where she developed strategies to promote equity and belonging in the built environment. She is known for creating the WELL Equity Rating, which received an honorable mention from Fast Company’s World Changing Ideas Award. With over 20 years of experience in interior design, Scott's work and research focus on the relationship between place, well-being, and cultural belonging. She possesses a Ph.D. in interior design, with a concentration in evidence-based design, and currently serves as the Chair for the CIDA Standards Committee, the ASID National DEIB Committee, and is a member of the MPSS Advisory Board at the New York School of Interior Design.

Eric Kutche, MHA, AIA, LSSGB, ACHE

Eric has spent the last 30 years working with healthcare organizations of all sizes to proactively de-risk investments in assets, whether facility-related, operationally related, or in people, prior to committing significant dollars to solutions that may not solve the organization's true problems. His approach is data-driven, customer-focused, and results-oriented. It aims to help healthcare providers achieve their growth and innovation goals in an ever-changing and competitive marketplace.

Liz Fallon, AIA

Elizabeth Fallon, AIA, is the Interiors Studio Practice Leader at HKS Chicago. For Elizabeth, design is a means to uncovering solutions. Intrigued and energized by complexity, she believes no challenge is too large or complex to tackle. One of her greatest passions is shaping employee experience and how design can effectively contribute to that experience. In her role at HKS, Elizabeth is a lead contributor to the development of the firm's thought leadership, as well as a key collaborator with HKS Research. As a licensed architect, Elizabeth has spent over a decade delivering commercial interiors workplaces for clients all over the country. As a strong communicator and listener, she thrives on the relationships with her clients and partners to deliver effective and inspiring workplace experiences at all scales. Paired with strong creative and technical skills, her constant commitment to research, strategic thinking, and collaboration with her partners keep her inspired every day.

Kristin Reddick, NCIDQ

Kristin has been a Haworth member since 2011 and is a Workplace Research and Insights team Research Specialist. In this role, she leads research projects to study and learn about important topics like culture, workplace performance, and well-being. For the last two years, Kristin has focused specifically on research to understand neurodiversity and the in-office experience. Kristin believes that learning about people, making connections and having empathy can translate into more thoughtful design outcomes that best support the ways people work. Kristin is a graduate of Purdue University and a certified Interior Designer. Before her tenure with Haworth, she worked in commercial design with clients in healthcare, hospitality, and other corporate industries.
