NeoCon Presentation Description: Members of the Ageless Living Collaborative will share the history and outcomes of creative, solution-driven typologies that positively impact residents and staff across senior living settings. Person-centered drivers provide a framework for improving operations and care, increasing staff, family, and resident satisfaction, and shaping environments that support positive outcomes. The long-term goal is to move away from institutional models toward smaller-scale settings that support everyday living as the norm. With reimbursement uncertainties, it is critical to explore evidence-based approaches to a continuum of care, such as adult day services, small house / residential assisted living models, community engagement centers, co-location with higher education, intergenerational settings, and supports for aging in place. Join our interdisciplinary team for an in-depth discussion on change, as you are a key change agent in improving environments for older adults and vulnerable populations.

Her passion for design and identifying best outcomes for seniors led her, with David Ashen, to co-found the Ageless Living Collaborative, delivering industry information to a broad range of providers, suppliers, designers, owners, and consumers, offering solutions to today’s challenges faced by seniors and senior living communities.
